Hi, I'm John!
I design and facilitate workplace learning and leadership programs that solve important business challenges while strengthening the human connection that makes collaboration work. I primarily support teams and leaders through engaging facilitation, coaching, and consulting, and I’m incredibly lucky to have led impactful programs on 5 continents and with some of the world’s best-known organizations.
Prior to founding Leadership Labs, I most recently spent 6 years teaching at Stanford University, including Stanford's famous Designing Your Life class and other courses that take an innovative approach to applied positive psychology, decision analysis, and career strategy.
I’m also featured as a meditation guide on the Calm app, the top app for meditation and mental wellness, where I’ve led workshops for Calm’s business clients and had the good fortune of blending my personal interest in mindfulness with my professional work in learning design.
